Free towing for 5 years on new Ford Class A chassis

For those who don't bother to read their warranty book, go back and check out the 5 year tow policy on new Ford chassis class A motorhomes (even though the general warranty is only one year). Has anyone out there had to use Ford's towing benefit and able to report on how useful it is?
