front springs

The springs should be bowed downward, from the hangers on each end down to the axle, so if it is sitting on the rubber bumper on the chassis, you need to have them replaced or either add a set of air bags to the springs.

Sagging like they are now, the front of the coach is probably over loaded or the springs are just worn out & cant support the load anymore.
Adding air bags may be cheaper than having the springs replaced & adding an extra spring, you'll need to get the proper one or two to provide the proper amount of support.

I checked my coach it is a 04 Adventurer and the front shocks are mounted under the front leaf springs. I just remembered I have a 04 coach mounted on a 03 chassis and Winnebago changed there chassis suspension in 04! My coach was riding a little on the rough side so I put new shocks (Billsteins) on last year and it helped a lot! I don't know if this will apply or help you but on my 56 Chevy my spring guy added 2 short leaf springs in back to stop wheel hopping and it help the vehicle to ride smoother. My point is will that theory (adding to short leaf spring up front) help you up front?

I may have another small leaf added to stiffen up the front a bit. I have the same front end as you.

yes they use a reverse arch spring.The Op never asked about handling?
shocks do not effect the ride height of a vehicle
It sounds like the front springs are too weak for the load there supporting.? Thats why there riding on the snubbers and yes it will cause a rough ride on certain road conditions

They do not. I had one. The P chassis had them.

Thought that the Workhorse W series chassis (W16, W20, W22, W24) did not have air bags and that it was the the Workhorse P series (P30) that had air bags :H

Leaf springs should not be arched downward

not a workhorse expert at all, but I think the w22 has air bags in addition to the leaf springs, you may just need to pump her up a bit.

No, it is sitting mt right now, and that is how it looks. But if the rear was loaded to heavy, it would lift up the front end.
