Funny signs

Looking through my photos tonight thinking of updating my blog, I ran across a couple pictures of funny signs seen along the roads we've traveled. I thought I would share them here and maybe get a collection of others from you folks. It's healthy to laugh at least once a day...Dennis

Along Hwy 71 in Ellington Texas

On the southbound side of the hwy before Lufkin Tx there is a billboard. Two full size 3-d (Full model) Holstein cows are writing; EaT MoR CHicKen. A standout in billboard creativity. Funny too.

I didn't take a picture, but in Hope, AZ. (between Quartzsites, AZ. and Congress, AZ.) there is a big sign saying (as you leave Hope, AZ). "Your now beyond Hope".

This one was a little confusing at first glance. Fortunately DW is a fast reader as well as being a good navigator!

Jackson being our last name we got a laugh out of this one, as did friends and relatives.

I live on a narrow paved road in VA and there is a bridge having a sign on each end that says yield. Those Rednecks will argue all day which one should go first.

Trust me.... it is needed. There are many who are that stupid.

Being from snow country, we couldn't believe this sign was needed, but we saw it in Oregon, "Do not pass snow-plows on the right".

Sign at a local auto battery shop last fall: "Free Fall Battery Test" . I guess there are very few batteries that would pass that test :B
