Pace Arrow Class A Motor-home.
There are several "Fuse" boxes for this vehicle, some of them are referred to as Power Distribution boxes. The one that is the most difficult to find but the simplest to maintain is the actual "Fuse" box and it is located under the instrument panel above the steering column.
This model and year and likely similar years have a lift type access, where the entire instrument panel lifts from the bottom up on special hinge brackets. The panel hints at this because it is lose on the ends but secured in the center. There is a piece of angle iron bracket that can be a pain to release the lid from. What you want to do is move the unit gauges and all slightly to the left and lift. There is also a nylon strap snapped to the bottom that can interfere with opening it as well. Once open you will find the fuse box in the center near the steering column. You will need to snap off the black plastic cover from the actual fuse box to get to the fuses.
