Fusible Link on a 1975 Dodge MB 300 Holiday Rambler

I have a new to me 1975 Dodge Holiday Rambler on a MB 300 chassis 360 v8.. Everything more less was working. The battery cables were in bad shape and the battery wasn't properly secured. I replaced both battery cables and properly secured the battery. Now nothing works. No ignition and no lights. It's like the battery isn't connected. I checked the battery with a multimeter. I'm getting 12.6 volts, same number at the starter relay. I noticed a red wire that was coming from the wiring harness In the firewall that had a fusible link flag on it that was broken. I'm guessing this is my problem. I can't seem to find the other wire that connects to this fusible link?? Does it connect directly to the battery?? I don't remember seeing a broken wire coming from the old positive cable?? Does it connect to the starter relay??

We owned a 72 Dodge B-300 camper conversion. Had troubles with connections in the large interface connector on the firewall including the red "fusible link" wire. Also had the ballast resistor fail that was also mounted on the firewall. Also had intermittent engine cutoff finally traced to a bad ignition coil.

There is a long thread on old Dodge motorhomes on this forum.

I had a 1973 B200 van, and if I remember correctly one end comes from the bulkhead connector and the other end either from the starter solenoid or the battery.
If you Google: 1975 dodge mb300 wiring diagram it will come up with the wiring diagram.
