Help with vinyl trim

I need to replace the screw covers on my "new" 99 Winnebago Minnie.
Here is what I have, and which I can't find anywhere. It's about 7/8 wide, with the center being around 5/8. I am thinking of replacing it with something like you see in the third picture. That one looks like it will keep out water better anyway. Can I do it?
Where should I buy it?

Remember, It is only there to cover the screws. It is not there to make it water proof. The screws should have sealer on them, and the seams should have sealer in them as well. the trim is just that. Decorative trim. I just finished doing the front of my TT. The trim cracked, and I replaced it.

I do not see why that trim would not work. It doesn't always have to be RV specific. Think of it as a "home" more so than an RV and you'll most likely save $$ on parts.
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.
