My 18 yo son is interested in doing a camper conversion. But he likes unique vehicles. Originally looking at some standard VW westfalia's etc, but more recently he's been looking at doing a conversion on a Honda ACTY or other KEI type van. He's into Japanese vehicles and we've restored and modded a few cars, mostly earlier miatas. I've come to learn it's an entire car culture. Anyway, these small vans are really cool and I think it would be a very interesting to do a small camper van. not concerned about the work, I do plenty of wood and metal working on the side. But wondering if anyone has any experience with these types of vehicles.
