How to change a latch bolt in a 2000 winnebago
Can some one tell how to change a latch bolt on a 2000 Winnebago itasca sunrise compartment door

I am not sure if your latch is like mine in an 07 Itasca Meridian or not.
Mine the latch part is a white plastic piece that is spring loaded and when shut latches to the side. Much like a home door does. I had one break and had to replace.
Drill out the two rivets holding the latch to the side of the door. There is a metal hook that attaches the latch part to the handle part. This can be reached by unscrewing the cover over the handle part. You should then be able to unhook the old and put in the new.
Again this is how mine is not sure about yours.
