Last Year my pump ran and wouldn't jack up the motorhome, I parked it and thought it was low on fluid or something , location to add fluid was tough to get too but it was low and I added about a quart and over filled it , now pump wont come on? I can park coach, turn on it dumps the air and light blinks but pumps in the rear never start , all fuses I can find are good. Any idea where to start? My first question is do they have a sensor to show over full on fluid?

Doug it is a 1995 London aire , she been used but still holding her own... LOL my mechanical education is getting a work out, To date I have put on new air bags , fixed roof leaks, pulled and had to have made a new radiator and to my embarrassment I jacked it up too high removing radiator that I cracked the front windshield. Tore off Tv antenna. Replaced all batteries , My front A and E awning wont unroll and my panel above the door quit working, I stuffed another battery in the basement and ran a jumper with clips to run water pump, which is new high pressure. Now Tires is my next move after fixing the levelers, I have also put new TV, removed and cleaned backup camera , need to tackle some rust on angle iron around a couple doors it was up north some and got a couple bad spots but nothing some more angle and pop rivets wont fix. She is comfortable to drive and nothing I am scared of throwing the kids and dogs in...

Thanks Doug I started the process today to remove the bumper before I read your post. Your knowledge is priceless thanks for always being there for us...

What year? If older than 2000, then it is BEST to remove the bumper for work on the pump system. Doug

Just to add to this great post, some of these are behind fuses, check those too if you have no power to the pump. Some are directly in the solenoid (strange).
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

There is no sensor for overfilling. Odds are, either the solenoid that controls power to the Pump motor is bad or the motor is bad. At the pump, you will see either 1 or 2 solenoids. One solenoid will have a heavy gauge wire that goes to the pump motor. Jump the 2 LARGE posts on that solenoid. That will apply power directly to the Motor. If it does NOT run and you are positive you have good 12 volt power to that solenoid the motor is bad. I suggest that you call HWH directly. They are always super busy but will return your call and help you diagnose.
