In the beginning stage of purchasing a 2017 Pleasure Way B van . Curious as to who you guys insure your b vans with and some ballpark idea of what price I'll be looking at. Thanks.

- I haven't had time to look this up for names and details, but we contacted Good Sam Insurance to shop around for us, and we got a very good rate. I usually don't go that route without verification of value, but this was definitely a great price they found for me. Less than a couple hundred for the year if I remember correctly, with roadside assistance (I have spotless record). I checked our existing auto insurance just to compare, and they were about twice as high. So in your searching definitely check the Good Sam insurance service, which searches several companies.
- At 'B2' an awning was blown off a rig. At 'B3' the owner said that Progressive took care of it right away and with no hassles.

- insurance rates vary so widely due to variables such as the owner and the State.
what works for me probably won;t work for you.
before buying I did shop insurance ( using the VIN)- make SURE you are getting quote for a "motorhome", not a "van".
In the end a policy with Flo was the least expensive ( also have house, cars and motorcycles with them).
BUT I have no idea how they would be in event of a claim- as of now I only know how good they are at collecting payments, not making payments on claims.
