Kwikee Step Power Switch 5 amp fuse location

On my 1996 Winnie Brave 31RQ, my step has become stuck in the extended position. Worked fine till now. I've disconnected it mechanically and I' able to get partially retracted, but now I'm having difficulty in troubleshooting it. I've followed the Kwikee troubleshooting manual and have determined that there's no power to the power switch. They suggest that I check the "inline 5 amp fuse", but I cannot locate the fuse. Does anyone have any idea where it could be hidden? The vehicle is on a Ford chassis. Thanks

I'd start with checking every fuse on your chassis fuse panel, if you've already checked the house panel and wherever that might be on a Ford chassis. My steps are fed from the chassis battery and think that most are.

SO you have an Intelletec Battery Control Center? IF so it's in the bottom row of fuses, Not sure exactly which fuse but it's in the row along the bottom

use a test lamp to search for light on both ends of a fuse, if it's there, fuse good, One end light one dark bad fuse, Dark dark = no power to that fuse (Accessory or ignition controlled fuse)
