A lot of theft happens in storage, do you have a spot where you can park it at your home and is the drive that bad, the reason I say when you show up next season and see the damage from theft you will wished you had never put it in storage..

Is there such a thing as inside, climate controlled storage in AZ?

Sounds like you have it all covered, no pun intended. All should be good when you arrive back the following season, batteries might be down a bit but that is to be expected.

Your covered storage is primary. I would only add that a monthly interior inspection by a friend or acquitance could preclude cumulative severe damage by a previously unknown varmint or cause.

I was sold at "covered storage". You are doing the right thing here. Covered storage is the ABSOLUTE best way to store an RV. Just FYI, you may want to leave out some rat poison in the storage unit.... Other than that your plan sounds great.

We have left ours stored in Yuma during the summer and have found several things that help big time. If you have indoor storage, then it is OK to leave your vents open, but if it is just covered with the sides open to the blowing dust, you will find piles of sand on the floor under the vents. If you put a tablespoon of vegetable oil in each trap and then leave at least 6-8 gallon milk jugs filled with water around the coach, you will not lose your trap seal.

empty the poo tank and rinse good, don,t want any dried up stuff to block the flush line .

Disconnect the neg lead on house and chassis batteries,leave refrigerator doors open. I leave all my roof vents open about 2 inches. No matter what you put in the traps it will evaporate in 4 to 6 weeks.

You will be fine. There is a reason all those commercial and armed forces planes are stored here..it may be hot but it's a dry heat so you should have no problems.
