If you '98 Seabreeze is Ford powered, then it's most likely built on a 1997 F53 chassis, since there were no '98's made. As others have said, the OBD1 connector is usually located on the left side of the engine compartment, just to the right of the accelerator, but inside the dog house.

If a Ford, remove engine cover, look in,left side, about where your right foot would be. Should be bolted to firewall with a cover on it.

If it is a Ford chassis, they did not become OBD2 until the 99 model year. The OBD1 connector should be in the engine compartment above the radiator

Make? My Ford was on the engine near the left valve cover. Back then location was not standardized.

What frame builder? But honestly 99% of the time they are someplace around the steering wheel.

When someone tells you to buy the same rig they own, listen, they might be right. When they tell you to buy a different rig then they own, really pay attention, they probably know something you don't.
