Looking at 2015 Itasca Sunstar 26he

We are narrowing our search for a new MH in the $70K range. The DW likes the Itasca Sunstar 26he. I know it's identical to the Vista 26he. We went back for a second look on Sunday and the DW really likes it. However, I have done my homework.
It has a short wheel base of 158" for 27"1, poor ratio 48.6% and even poorer handling I would suspect
Lot's of options missing
No range cover, sink cover and range vent?
not satellite ready
TV has no DVD player
No LED lights
No dual glazed window
No ladder
No inverter
No gravity fill
No LPG accessory connection
Only bathroom vent has a fan
No spare

So I gather with all of these things left off the MH, that's the reason for the low price and extra CCC. Yes, it's an entry level Class A for sure. Looks like I would have to spend another $3,000-5000 to get it the way I want it. Yes, I know some of the things on the list can't be change.
Does anyone know if there is 12v wiring near the vents so I could add a Fantastic fan or something similar?
Can't add a ladder as they said the back was designed for it.
Gravity fill I can deal with.
I can buy a rim and tire and it fits in the rear compartment. But the added weight may throw the balance off and lighten the load on the from tires.
Hope I can talk the DW out of it.

Hi, I have the Sunstar 35B. And the DVD for the tv is played thru the radio, Cd in the front of the coach. Should be a Jansen. I can watch DVD's on either TV's I have. The bedroom tv is the only one that needed a seperate DVD Player.

I checked the specifications and it's an option on a few bigger rigs, not the one we were interested in.

I noticed that the TV has no DVD and is 110volt. So I would have to add a DVD player and get an inverter. How difficult and expensive is it to install an inverter and attach it to the existing 100v system with switch?

I would buy used and get what you really want, that is a lot of missing options.
