Macerator for 2004 Roadtrek

I did a search and came up empty. I am a widow who needs a macerator in the Roadtrek in order to keep camping (since I have a total knee replacement.) Can this be done? By a dealer or it it easy enough to do myself?

I have just found a new system: Sewer Solutions. Has anyone used this on a 2004 Roadtrek? I do not have a spring holding my hose up, but instead have a cord tied behind it. Will this be a problem with the SS? Thank you. (I searched and only came up with one article.)
