The '09 & '10 ERA's were pitiful examples of the bad construction available in the RV industry. Winnebago had farmed out the making of those 2 model years.
They skipped the '11 model year, switched from the 2500 to the 3500 chassis for 2012, brought the work back in house and raised the bar considerably on the assembly quality.
On ours, if it wasn't for the continuing Sprinter issues, after 23k miles we'd have a completely trouble free unit
