Good on all points except the truck. You'd have to run the numbers but I doubt a 3/4 ton truck has the payload capacity for a 40 foot, 2 bedroom FW. You're looking at a one ton truck. But again, you'd have to run the numbers and it's dependent on the specific truck and fw combo. Even with our smaller 33' FW, a 3/4 would have been right at the limit with hardly any payload to spare.
