The LED bulbs were probably doing a back feed to every bulb on your coach resulting in a blown fuse. Here is what I did to make use of the 1157 LED replacements I purchased.

I had a similair problem trying to upgrade taillights with led bulbs. I found the -/+ were reversed on the replacement bulb they would have worked had I reversed the wires going to each socket. I put the old bulbs back in. I did not want to have to remeber the wiring change etc should a bulb go out in the future. hope this helps Good Luck

I am glad you gave a follow up. One thing that I have found out in my career is that when something goes bad you can usually undo what you did and a lot of times the problem will go away. JMO

Found my problem on my running lights....Bad Fuse...I fail to tell all I was attempting to put LED lights in the rear of coach when my lights went out. I wanted to have brighter lights but can't seem to get the right LED's to work. I change them out (1157) but still does not give me more brighter lights or will blow the fuse I guess. It seems it would be a simple change out but I am not having any luck.
Any suggestions would be appreciated and I did appreciate the input on my topic....very helpful as usual. Thanks

Running lights commonly use a common ground. Try opening up one of the lights and running a temporary jumper from the metal chassis (or negative post of the chassis battery) to the outside of one of the bulb sockets. If they work then you need to find where the ground has opened up or run a new ground wire.

I also would start at the fuse and if it was bad you need to find out what caused it to blow. Possibly water intrusion in the light fixture. Possibly a ground wire that is loose or corroded. JMO

That would be the best place to start, before digging too deep. Electrical glitches are a crazy thing. All it takes is one simple fuse to throw everything out of wack. So, yes, I would definitely start by checking the fuses first. Although unlikely, you may also find that in some systems one burned out bulb can throw everything off (like a string of Christmas lights). Not likely with an RV... but stranger things have happened.
