List/factory invoice prices are very inflated. 25 to 35% off is common. Also, "show prices" can be had anytime. Was quoted a "special Winnebago Factory promotion" at RV Show and told those prices would go up the next week. A couple of months later, we bought the same unit for less that the so called "show" price. Kind of agree with the travel and save idea. If...you have the time to do so. Like the idea of buying close to factory so the rig doesn't have 2000 miles on it from the transport. Large dealers especially like to sell in volume so may hae more incentive to deal. They also have better selection.
