We miss our twin beds! We had them in two Roadtreks and now have a corner bed in a small Class C that is less than two feet longer than our Roadtrek 210P.
Our arrangement in the RT was twin beds with a little nightstand table between them. We did not use sheets, we used sleeping bags. Not a heavy bag, but a light one good for down in the 40s but not hot in the 60s. We were often gone two weeks at a time using this arrangement. Since we showered every night, the bags didn't get very dirty and we were camping for gosh sakes.
Not a solution for everyone, but it sure worked well for us. In the daytime, it took about two minutes to roll up the bags and use the beds for seats during the day.
