Hi Ms.G..,
You should be all right to go 15,000 feet. You are not anemic. However make sure you are staying hydrated. Compression stockings would be a good idea to prevent blood clots and exercise your calf muscles when sitting.

So the option to do this is still on the table... Obviously... it is of a high priority for my wife or she would not have sent the email to the doctor. One of the previous posters said that during the ascent to stop and "acclimate" yourself... I agree with that idea and plan to be careful.
I have not heard from many about "if they have actually done this themselves in their Class B / C". I was hoping to hear comments like "hey... no problem"... to "Holy Moses... I would never do that again". lol
