Pre-Purchase Check List (Roadtrek Specific?) & Gobbly-Gook

Maybe tiredness is scrambling my brain, but surely there is a pre-purchase checklist on here somewhere (and I'm asking in the B forum because I'm hoping someone has a Roadtrek specific list they could...

I'd like to run a solid load on the generator, such as the A/C unit or a 1500 electric heater during that time as well. If tech savvy, maybe even watch the voltages/frequencies on it so you know it won't fry components.
