Pre-Purchase Check List (Roadtrek Specific?) & Gobbly-Gook

Maybe tiredness is scrambling my brain, but surely there is a pre-purchase checklist on here somewhere (and I'm asking in the B forum because I'm hoping someone has a Roadtrek specific list they could...

You mentioned on the blog that the spare is toast. Have you checked the date on the rest of the tires? RVs normally go by age of tires rather than how they look. On the bigger rigs, the usual advice is a 7 year max age... not sure if that is also true for the smaller Bs.

I'm sure that other will chime in on that long running debate. :C
