suggest you check with the State DMV for a definitive answer...anything else could be an opinion or a guess.
They will determine for you with the VIN ( not the Chevy chassis VIN, but the RT VIN)
Each State has it's own policies.
For instance my 1974 Blazer is a "Station Wagon" according to Arizona.
It is a "light passenger truck" in Ca.
