Sealing roof 97 Bago Vectra

Can you tell me if the seams here where the over lapped roof meets that rail requires a sealant and if so what do I use.
I can push the roof away from the rail but it is no open unless i depress it.
Also is this the " Roof to sidewall joint"

Would attach pics if i knew how.

Yes that is the test if it needs reseal. Many posts on the topic. I used Geoseal on mine and led the caulking gun with a screw driver so I could get the caulk down inside.
