Slide-out water leaks

I have a 2005 Fleetwood Southwind 37C with three slides. the front two slides both leak when in the out position and raining. Ok when the slides are in. The rubber seals on the inside ( the slides themselves ), have come lose in a couple of places and I was going to reglue. Wondering what kind of glue to use. They are not very accessible, I can barely stick my hand insde when the are fully retracted. Any help woth stopping the leaks would be appreciated,

Use black shoe goo. I think this is the best glue out there right now that offers flexibility and incredible strength.

Where exactly are you getting water? Does the floor of the slideout box get wet or just the main floor of the unit? If the floor of the slideout is getting wet you are getting water in from the roof of the slideout...not thru the seals.

Slides sure make them a lot more livable. You just have to accept the maintenance that comes with them. Usually just keeping an eye on the gaskets and making sure you keep them lubricated. I've had several long term without trouble.

just my opinion slides are the worse thing ever put on a rv.sooner or later its gonna leak.

My favorite adhesive. The yellow color is best as you can see where it is on the black gasket. Are you sure the gaskets are still OK? 12 year old rubber can start getting too stiff to perform properly.
