- Not required unless they crack or otherwise fail. It depends on how much sun they get.
- Depends on the style of seal. I have an air bladder on my HWH slide and I changed them out a couple years ago so they did not break. It is an 01 so that was ten years.
- As far as I know mine are original and looking ok at 17 years.
- I keep a coating on them (about every three months) and they are like new.
