Does the $10450 include the new shower, bedroom tv and Tv install?
No. We provided the TVs. They built them in. They built a Corian shower base, then added new walls, fixtures, and sliding door. Don't recall what that cost separately.
Total for everything was about $23k.
Yes, that's probably more than the RV is worth, but we will be able to keep using her until either she wears out, or we do...

Nice, what did floor and TV cabinet cost? Was the work done in Texas?
Flooring total cost was $7750. That included removing old carpet and vinyl and modifying the slides to glide over a floor not as thick as the carpet was. The areas still needing to be carpeted got redone with carpet scraps, so only labor cost there.
TV cabinet was $2700. That included the wood, TV lift, and running new wiring and cable from the RV front to the new location, and covering the cable with a very nice wood trim on the wall.
All done at Texas Custom Coach.

I'm beginning to think it's wiser to keep an older RV and fix it up rather than laying out a ton of money for a new one, especially with the complaints you see on here about the poor quality of the new RV's.
At least with your older one you know where all the problems were and what to look for in the future.

We really, really like our 2004 Sunrise, so when she started showing some wear and tear, we found a place to fix her up a little bit.
Here's the newly covered dinette and the floor:
Instead of a cheesy chair that banged into the passenger seat, we now have a TV in a box. This is with TV stored:
And this is with TV extended:
Where the old, heavy analog TV was, they cut out the frame jutting down to head banging height and put in this storage unit:
The shower wall was cracked, so they put in an all new shower:
And the old bedroom TV was replaced with a flat screen. The whole thing opens up for more storage behind it:
Just getting rid of the old, crappy carpet did wonders. Can't say enough about how nice the new floor is. I do like this old RV.
