Our Class C is on the Ford E450 chassis and the spare is underneath in the rear aft of the gas tank, up out of the way taking up no storage space, and not mounted off the rear bumper.
I've not heard anyone else in these forums ever mention that their spare was carried this way - I assume that's the place Ford intended for it to be on their E350 and E450 chassis. Does anyone else have their Class C spare in this place?
