When our toad was rear-ended while being towed, our insurance company did everything to get us a more than fair settlement from the other drivers insurance company, including finding us a replacement toad and having all the new towing equipment installed before delivering the new toad to us.

A tree blew down on our toad. Told the agent that it was a tow car, and would need to be all replaced. They did the rest.
