If my memory is right I had to buy 5 gallons of fluid for $250.00 and the internal filters were around $100.00 so your looking at $350.00 if you do it yourself and it takes me a couple hrs to due mine I have the allusion 3060 transmission good luck.

It does depend on which Allison you have and if you are using the Transyd or not.

I have a larger 4060 and Transyd whitch is more $$$ but a longer service interval.

However, that said, I wouldn't expect a normal service without Transyd to go for more than $300.00.

Best to call a local dealer and ask but they will still need to know the trany model.

Allison 1000/2000 is easy DIY.
Did mine when I had it on a Workhorse W20.

Yup, we need more info.

Certainly less expensive to replace the single spin on filter on the 1000 and 2000 series than the two internal filters on the 3000 and 4000.

And type of ATF is the other variable. Most (including myself) highly recommend Allison's Transynd. It is clearly more expensive than "regular ATF".

The Allison Tranny is also used with GM's Big gas motor. 10 yrs ago this was a very popular pairing.

If it needs the 75000 mile service, it will run from about $400-$600 depending on who does it. The fluid is about $45.00 a gallon and the filter kit is around $100.00.
