USA Travel Care/Compass Protection Plan extended warranties
I recently called the toll free number for USA Travel Care extended warranty company to get detailed information and a quote. The contract request form I received actually came from American Guardian Warranty Services, which noted that AGWS does the administration.
Today, doing more Internet searching I discovered the AGWS also administrates the contracts for Compass Protection Plan.
Since both these companies are administrated by AGWS will it make a difference which company a contract is purchased from, or will each company have their own contract coverage and AGWS just handles the claims for them?
I have an Internet printout of the USA Platinum Plan, an exclusionary plan, which seems to be pretty much good coverage but now wondering how I'll know who I'd be purchasing from.
AGWS gave me the names of two dealerships within 100 miles that sells the extended warranty plan but at the time i contacted them I wasn't aware there was more than one company that could be involved.
Has anyone actually had any experience with either of these companies, or understands the connection between them? I'm thoroughly confused.
