NADA low book says 38k, so at 35k, for exactly what you want I think it sounds great. Assuming it is in great shape
Bev and Ken, I admit I am no expert, and my rig is 24 ft. But we do when leaving on a long trip run a couple hundred pounds over. ( full of fuel, water, grandkid, dog etc) . And you are burning off gasoline at 6 gallons per hour and gas weighs what? I believe 6-8 pounds.
But running those pressures you mention, from 10 years, experience and 60k miles. At least on ours, it would ride horrible. We run 65 rear, 60 front. Tires have never overheated. (I know because I check) and as you know under inflation is mostly what overheats tires and causes them to blow.
Our best ride is those pressures in the tires, and 10 lbs in the bags
But I am sure each rig is different as is each persons idea of what makes a good ride.
