I agree that using eBay, PPL and other sources is probably a better guideline than NADA. NADA gives you a good approximation but I believe it's just a straight depreciation over MSRP so doesn't account for more popular models (e.g. from my observation, a similar year Fleetwood Discovery will sell for more than a National Tradewinds even though, IMO, arguably the Tradewinds is better built and gives you more for your money).
That said, condition of the mh and local market makes such a difference that it really depends on the actual mh and it's really up to you on how long you are prepared to have it for sale and what buyers in your area will pay.
