Washing MH problems

I am having a terrible time waxing the Motorhome. I am using a fiberglass wax but if I let the application rag touch the black moulding around the windows it gets the rag black and then starts streaking the fiberglass and the decals. How do you avoid the black moulding around the windows? I am obviously not washing and waxing properly.

Buy some 303 aerospace to wipe down the rubber first.. A great UV inhibitor. makes the rubber like new and stopped my wind-shied rubber from deteriorating all over the front of the MH.
