The water heater in my Gulf Stream won't light. I've checked and cleaned but no gas.
Does the Surburban SW6D use a module. Where would I find it?

YES the SW6D uses a module -----'D' stands for Direct Ignition

The DC wiring Junction box is located on left front corner of WH Tank (Looking at it from backside---inside RV)

The module will be mounted on wall etc (some where close by) ---comes loose/not attached---RV Mfg. installs it)

It will have Red, Blue, Brown, Yellow & Orange wires to/from module
RED......12V DC from switch thru T-stat to Module
Blue is 'Fault' light...from module to light on switch
Brown....DC power to gas valve
Yellow...Ground

Orange.....high tension wire to spark electrode

Check that T-stat isn't tripped....'Push to Reset' Button
Check for DC to t-stats and from t-stats with switch ON

DC has to get thru t-stats before module will have power
Is it time for your medication or mine?
