Took windshield curtains down and washed them (shoo nasty :E ) rehung them correctly this time :S . Replaced city water inlet. cleaned inside of windshield and side windows.

Replaced the broken fog lights (underside of bumper in my case) and completed the replacement of a wire segment that was bad so now my clearance and tail lights work.

Overall, pretty simple! If I can do this, anybody can!

Replaced both 6 year old Interstate U2200's with 2 Interstate's from Costco $73.99 + tax X 2= $159.52. One half the price of 2 new U2200's. The warrany is 12 months vs 6 months on the U2200's. We'll have to wait and see if this was a good decision.

Also had to replace the lug ends on both positive cables to the batteries (my poor maintenance practice on the batts). You can get lug ends for the small cable but not the larger cable. Found a gentleman in Chandler AZ that makes the kug ends and can make full cables if necessary (Russ Thornton 602-697-6446).

Will start installing a prodigy brake controller this afternoon.

Yesterday afternoon brought the rig back from the shop with its new vinyl floor--no more carpet! Well just a bit where the vinyl wouldn't work; seat pedestals and from driver's seat to firewall.

Today the settee and dinette go back in and I continue working on changing/modifying the corner TV cabinet in the bedroom--changing to a flatscreen TV.

I also have to repair a drawer glide in the bedroom and replace a piece of wood in one of the galley cabinets.

I would not want to use the same hose for black tank flush and freshwater fill. I know there is an air break to prevent back syphon, but still . .

I use a "Y" at the hose bib and run white freshwater hose to city fill and green (or grey) hose to the flush. No back and forth and the extra 25 feet of hose gives me some comfort about contamination.

Took it in for body repair from when a fence post jumped in front of me last Feb., in fl.

Wish there was responsible owners of fence posts keep them in one place.

This past weekend I finished replacing some burned out bulbs in the living room/galley, and I installed quick disconnects on my water inlent and black tank flush, so now I can turn my hose off, pop it off my water inlet, and pop it on to my black water flush system without having to go back and forth between the water feed and the camper 🙂

Made reservations for Riversedge campground in Pigeon Forge for Memorial Day weekend. Didn't really do something to the MH, but getting exciting about our maiden family voyage to a campground. 😄

Changed the anode rod in the hot water heater. Was really surprised as the old one didn't look that bad but at our last location the water especially in the shower was beginning to smell like rotten eggs. Have also purchased a new water filter but will install that at our next destination.

Replaced the J sofa with a recliner and cabinet...had the cabinet custom made, but if I had it to do over, I would buy a kitchen cabinet from Lowes and add a top to it.
