What's going on with posting?

Something is going on with posting to threads now for about 2 weeks. Sometimes I can post without a problem other times. After writing and then hitting "Post Message". I get a quick screen flash and then I finally get an error message, "The Site Can't Be Reached" It seems to just be certain messages that I can't post on. This one and several others posted fine this morning but I've tried to reply to one "Buying Used" several times without any luck.

Whenever I have this issue (often). I log off and then back on again. That usually resets my cookies and fixes the problem.

I was having a problem posting and figured out it was because I had a percent sign in the text. Try removing everything that isn't a letter or number if you typed anything like that.

For me woodals forum shows the forum on 6" wide strip in the middle of the screen.
My screen is 14" wide and rv.net forum allows me to see much more without scrolling.

Same issue here, it's in and out though. Woodalls has worked for me.

I notice if I take too long in writing a post then hit post it will not post, just get that spinning circle. I was able to copy and paste the response only after closing RV.net and reopening it then pasting the response.

Beside bad connection, I just experienced that forum will not accept reply with "percentage" symbol in it and some other symbols as well.

A couple of weeks ago was the first problem I've ever had. Pictures and post just didn't work a lot of the time. I'll know in the future. Sites don't look any different, just a logo color change at the top is all I see.

Yep I have noticed that also. Just this week I have has several posts that didn't reach the site.

As far as I remember those problems are over 10 years old.
Beside bad connection, I just experienced that forum will not accept reply with "percentage" symbol in it and some other symbols as well.

I switched to WOODALLs some time back and can do all those thing just fine here... My second choice is TRAILERLIFE... Try WOODALLs on your link problem...

I also use GOGGLE CHROME or FIREFOX for internet connections... Haven't used Internet Explorer for years here...

X2. Try Trailerlife.com, Motorhome.com, Woodalls.com, etc. They all end up at the same place.

You were right. I went over to Trailerlife and was able to post to the thread first try.

Just FYI, I noticed I am no longer able to link pictures to photobucket. I can post using the RV.Net link. Oh well, I guess they'll get the problem fixed.
