Adding water to frying bacon??
Never tried it, but it sounds interesting. Anybody ever tried it? Weird Tip that really works

I'd try it if I was lucky enough to find bacon that wasn't already so full of water that it's pretty much self-rendering.
I'd probably have to pay about ten dollars a pound for it, though!!
