Yeah I believe it comes down to the versatility of one cooking vessel. Briquettes or coals, DO's can pretty much do it all.
What I enjoy is the diversity of personalities among the Cast Iron Chefs and how they tweek their recipes and their fishing stories.- They may have good stuff but it's on facebook...so no thanks.
