Season by wiping a light layer of vegatble oil......all sides
Place in 450*F oven upside down (aluminum foil underneath to catch drips)
Cook for 1 hour
Allow to FULLY Cool
WHen cooking don't attempt to lift food too early as it WILL stick
Food will naturally release from pan when it is ready to flip/turn
Clean up....
Allow pan to cool
rinse with HOt water, wipe dry
Wipe a thin layer of veg oil and place back in HOt oven to cure
After several usages pan will be like an non-stick pan but w/o the chemical coating
