My very favorite crock pot recipe is the pork butt simmered in Dr. Pepper.
Serve it up over egg noodles. Add a slice of crusty bread and a salad if not too tired.
- Put carrots and a pork butt in the crock pot
- Pour a 12 oz can of Dr. Pepper over it (do not use diet - bad chemical reactions)
- Let it cook all day (6 - 8 hours).
