We are wondering if the inverter that is factory installed in our rv (400 watts) would handle a small crock pot while we are driving? The inverter runs the TV plug only, so of course we would unplug ...
The one thing you need to consider, if using a Crock Pot in a moving vehicle (tow vehicle or camper), the contents will slosh around with sudden stops, sudden side way moves, and the contents could slosh over the top. We always put a pan under the crock pot to catch any "sloshing" spills. It really saves the carpet in the truck!
