Easy Flaky Cookies
An old 4-H favorite...
1 box of two-crust pie mix
Package of M&Ms or red hots
Confectioner's sugar
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Stir pie crust mix according to directions. Pat a teasspoon of pastry into a thin round and place four M&M or red hot pieces into the center. Wrap pastry around the candy to make a ball and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove and immediately roll cookie balls in confectioner's sugar.
Makes three dozen.
