Favorite foods to make bulk and freeze for the road?

Usually thinking ahead, I like to prepare certain foods in bulk and freeze for the road. Problem was, can't stuff the smallish RV freezer too much, otherwise, it just won't keep stuff frozen (had ice ...

Last camping trip, I made meatloaf muffins, I have a muffin tin that makes 6 larger muffins, I just put the meatloaf in them. I froze them after they were cooked, these were great for camping
