Well the Male National Pipe Thread is a standard easy to find fitting. Most large RV shops or LP stores can set you up.
I might point out thought that I passed on using my connection. Not only is the hook up expensive, you are also bound to it's location. I have a 5# LP tank and a readily available hose that I can use anywhere. It last a long time on my Q120.
On the Weber, when you remove the regulator, you're left with a 1/8" female pipe thread hole. In the past, you needed 2 fittings and Calore made a special fitting for the Weber noted in my link. I also bought the longest hose from Calore as they have several different sizes. The 1/8" female/female coupler noted in my link is a common part and is from from Lowes. The Calore hose is the most expensive part. I ended up spending about $75-80 with shipping as I recall. Works great.
