Has anyone used one of the "golden grill mat"s ?
Just got a package of the "as seen on TV" grill mat's. Am cooking grilling Salmon, Fries and Asparagus tomorrow night. Is it worth trying the mat? Share your experience please.

They work great for items that will otherwise fall through the grates of the grill. Perfect for caramelizing onions & peppers, home fries, most any veggies.
Great for making bacon, but be sure to have a way to capture the grease that'll drip off the edges. Grease will NOT penetrate through the fabric and cause any flare-ups.
