Couldn't wait till tomorrow, it was delicious. The mat does require more time to cook, but the results were there, and cleanup was just a wipe and everything came off, I was skeptical because I put a maple/ginger glaze on the Salmon. I'm pleased! My wife was very happy, since I didn't do my normal routine of cooking the meat and she does everything else. Nothing fell thru, so I put the asparagus on the grill and also a frozen rosemary/pepper tater tot. everything was cooked well.
