Has anyone used one of the "golden grill mat"s ?
Just got a package of the "as seen on TV" grill mat's. Am cooking grilling Salmon, Fries and Asparagus tomorrow night. Is it worth trying the mat? Share your experience please.

this appears to be a very fine wire mesh, with the non-stick copper coating. You get two sheets 13 x 15 and you can use both sides. I found it on sale at one of those "As seen on TV" stores for 10.99.
