Has anyone used one of the "golden grill mat"s ?
Just got a package of the "as seen on TV" grill mat's. Am cooking grilling Salmon, Fries and Asparagus tomorrow night. Is it worth trying the mat? Share your experience please.

I used it for burgers. Worked okay. Yes, the grease does pool up around the burgers, and if you scrape it off into the flame, it will obviously flare up. I did just that a few times and the flare up never goes through the mat.
Clean up is real easy. Washed with soap and water and done.
